Emma Roberts' toned legs are the result of her 'all-important three As' workout

Emma Roberts, 31, just showed off her toned AF legs at the Kate Spade New York Fall 2022 Collection Presentation, and I am quaking.

Not only does she look fit as hell, but Emma’s coat is heavenly. The red houndstooth, the red fur collar—it’s giving The Nanny goes to the Met Gala and I simply love it.

How does Emma stay so toned? First things first, she does not come to play during her workout sessions.

Emma works with trainer Andrea Orbeck, 'because I need to get my cardio.' And they do hour-long sessions focused on her arms, abs, and ass, which Emma calls the 'all-important three As.' We love a pretty queen with a sense of humour!

Emma also does yoga and Pilates. 'I can see my shape transform within a couple of sessions,' she told Shape. 'That's good because I'm that person who, after one class, lifts up her shirt and says, "Where are my abs?" I want results!'

Orbeck told Self that Emma is 'very athletic' and 'a little dynamo,' noting that they usually do circuit training sessions that focus on strength training and cardio.

And of course, Emma eats well too. She told Shape that she usually starts her day with an iced coffee and Moon Juice’s Spirit Dust, followed by bacon and eggs when she’s not filming. Sounds delightful.

'For lunch, I'll do a chopped salad with avocado, chicken, and tomatoes,' she said. 'Dinner is a turkey burger, or salmon with teriyaki or ponzu sauce, and brown rice with broccoli.' Snacks include seaweed or some chips and guac.

But Emma is not depriving herself.

'I try not to say that I won't eat something. Instead, I stay in tune with my body and my mind, and I think, "What do I feel like eating?"'
