Everyone is saying the same thing about The In Between on Netflix
Forget The Kissing Booth; Joey King is back with a new Netflix original, and fans are all saying the same thing about The In Between.
The film follows Tessa (played by King) who doesn't believe in true love until she meets Skylar (Kyle Allen), who appears to be her perfect match. But when he dies in a tragic accident, Tessa is left trying to connect with the afterworld, in an attempt to give their relationship the ending it deserves.
The film was initially released on 11 February, but seems to be getting recognition on the streaming service two months later. In fact, not only has it shot into the UK's top 10, but it's also all anyone on social media is talking about - with everyone saying the same thing. Namely? That it's completely heartbreaking to watch.
"Just watched #TheInBetween & it is such a masterpiece. It is so emotional and a reminder that love is everlasting and that life is too short.@JoeyKing and @snarfmylife are phenomenal and the chemistry between you was electric onscreen," one fan wrote.
Another said, " If you need a go movie watch #TheInBetween on Netflix it really broke my heart but was totally worth it. This love story was so sad but in someway they had their happy ending."
A third said, "I just watched The In Between on Netflix and I think I cried the entire movie."
