Let's face it, Kim Kardashian has come under scrutiny before about her voice.

Earlier this year, TikTokers compiled a series of old videos that showed the evolution of the beauty mogul's speech, with many saying she was trying to sound like Paris Hilton back in the day.

But most recently, she's been accused of changing her voice to sound like her new beau, the Saturday Night Live comedian and native New Yorker, Pete Davidson.

In a recent episode of the family's Hulu show, The Kardashians, the 41-year-old SKIMS founder was filmed talking to 'momager' Kris Jenner and their close friends Simon Huck and Phil Riportella about older sister Kourtney's upcoming wedding to Travis Barker.

For some background, Kardashian was born and raised in Los Angeles and has spent her whole life in the city.

And FYI, it's literally on the other side of the country to New York - 2,789.4 miles away to be exact.

But during the conversation, it seemed Kardashian slipped into a Staten Island accent, much similar to Davidson's as she joked around.

During the clip, Kardashian was heard saying: 'We already knew they were trying for a baby.

'To me, a baby you are stuck for life. Marriages come and go.

'No offence guys. Take it from me.'

This comment came as she referenced her three marriages and laughed with Simon and Phil, who at the time of filming were engaged, but are now married.

'And good luck at your wedding. I believe in love,' she said.

'That's why hopefully there will be just one more wedding for me, fourth time's the charm.'

But instead of taking to the internet to discuss the topic of the conversation, fans were more concerned, and stunned, by the obvious difference in Kardashian's voice.

One fan posted the clip on Reddit with a caption that read: 'Kinda cute how Kim has started to sound so much like Pete.'

And as you can imagine, it sparked a huge debate.

Some fans were into the reality star's NY twang, with one user writing: 'This is so candid. I wonder if she has always been like this and the mask is slipping, or she is changing her personality to match Pete,' while another said: 'I like this version of her - she seems more comfortable.'

Others, however, were not so convinced, as one user took to the platform to write: 'WHOSE F**KING VOICE WAS THAT?!?!?! I’m creeped the hell out!'

While some were clearly all for a New York version of Kardashian and some were obviously not, you can't deny that she brings the internet a lot of entertainment.

The Kardashians is now streaming on Disney+.
