Line of Duty's Stephen Graham can be seen cooking up a storm in the first trailer for his upcoming movie Boiling Point.

Filmed over two days, with each sequence shot in a single take, the film follows Andy Jones (Stephen Graham), a head chef at one of London's top restaurants as he rallies his team ahead of 'Magic Friday', the last before Christmas and the busiest night of the year.

Away from the kitchen, Andy is dealing with his own problems, from crippling debts to addiction struggles. But his imploding personal life is forced to take a backseat when the health and safety services unexpectedly show up for inspection, and a hard-to-please critic rocks up.

Directed by Villain's Philip Barantini, the tension-filled workplace drama also stars Jason Flemyng (The Curious Case of Benjamin Button), Ray Panthaki (Marcella), Malachi Kirby (Small Axe) and Vinette Robinson (Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker).

"We've got a good menu. If we pull together, we'll be fine," Robinson's Carly tells her colleagues in the clip.

"I've got so much going on, I've been living out of a suitcase for two months," Andy tells someone on the phone in a later scene, before a montage teases an explosive bust-up between the workers and their boss.

"I can't take it anymore," Carly shouts as Andy claps back, "There's a million kids out there who would die for this opportunity."

Former EastEnders actors Bart Ruspoli and Hester Ruoff produced the drama, while Barantini and writer James Cummings wrote the script from the former's BIFA-nominated short of the same name.

Boiling Point will be released in UK and Irish cinemas on December 3, 2021.
