Congratulations are in order for Gavin & Stacey star Joanna Page and husband James Thornton, who have welcomed their fourth child into the world.

The actress announced the news on her Instagram, posting a photo of herself holding her newest born in front of a Christmas tree.

In the caption she revealed that she had welcomed a baby girl and shares the little one's name, writing: "Welcome to our family Boe Willow Russell. We love you with all our hearts".

"The loveliest news and the loveliest name," wrote Emmerdale's Charlie Webb in the comments, while EastEnders alum Tamzin Outhwaite commented: "Congratulations how beautiful. Love to you all".

This Morning's Dermot O'Leary said: "The best news! Congrats" while Sherlock's Amanda Abbington wrote: "Oh darling! Congratulations and welcome little Boe".

Very Annie Mary star Page and her husband John Thornton, who she met in 2000, are already parents to an 8-year-old daughter, and two sons aged 4 and 6.

Back in October, Page hinted that she may step away from acting in order to focus on presenting work, stating: "I [just] really enjoy presenting and it works a lot better with a family as you don't have to go away for weeks on end. For the first six months after I had Eva, I was away working filming two shows back-to-back.

"I had my mum looking after her on set but it was so tough as all I wanted to do was spend time with my new baby.

"I love just being myself and chatting to people. It can be a lot more fun than sitting alone in a trailer for hours learning lines, then going out to do a scene where you're pretending to be somebody else."

Gavin and Stacey is available on Britbox and BBC iPlayer.
