Halle Berry's legs are toned AF as she poses in her underwear for a new photo

Halle Berry just showed off her super sculpted legs in a new no-makeup photo on Instagram. The Moon Fall actress, 55, posed in just her underwear, a hat, and a Van Hunt T-shirt to celebrate the singer's 52nd birthday. ICYDK, Halle and Van have been dating since 2020.

Halle posted three different photos, one of which was captioned, 'HERE’S TO MY ONE AND ONLY! Happy Birthday VanO. It’s no wonder your birthday and International Women’s Day are one and the same. There is no one I know who believes in, supports, and uplifts women more than you. May this year bring back to you all the love and joy you give! I Love you ❤️ @vanhunt'

Fans shared their thoughts in the comments, with one user saying, 'When your woman wears your name on her shirt, you're doing something right ❤️🔥🔥🔥' Another chimed, 'WORK MISS BERRY! 🔥🔥🔥'

Wondering what Halle does to stay fit? For starters, she loves a quick 20-minute high-intensity workout noting that it '...can totally knock you on your butt,' she wrote in an essay for Women's Health US. 'In fact, they're often even harder than longer ones.'

She also likes to put in maximum effort during circuit training. 'Usually, I'll do circuits of five or six exercises and churn through one after another, going as hard as I can for a set amount of time so I don't have to count reps,' she says. 'Sometimes we use all bodyweight moves; other times I'm upping the intensity with equipment like my ankle weights.' Talk about impressive.

But when Halle's not doing high-energy workouts, she's taking a bit more time to focus on different forms of cardio like jiu-jitsu, Muay Thai, and capoeira. '...one of the biggest game-changers for my abs over the years has been martial arts...When you're practicing MMA, you're using your core the whole damn time. You're constantly bracing, twisting, and ducking. It's a recipe for really strong abs,' she told WH AUS.

As for her diet, Halle was diagnosed with diabetes when she was just 19-years-old, so her meals are mainly low-carb and meat-based. One of her go-to drinks is a coffee with almond milk ghee, protein powder, and collagen. For lunch, she'll make lamb cop with a bed of cauliflower rice, Brussel sprouts, green beans, spinach, or beetroot. Halle practices intermittent fasting, so she likes to prep a quick salad for her last meal before 6 p.m.

BRB, signing up for the next Muay Thai class!
