Holly Willoughby has shared a tender moment with her children and an insight into family life over the "beautiful" Bank Holiday weekend on social media.

The This Morning presenter posted a photo on Instagram which featured her holding hands with her children ahead of their busy Tuesday of work and school.

Holly wrote the caption: "End of a beautiful bank holiday... school bags ready by the front door...bath, book and bed for this lot... and mummy too... see you in the morning."

Holly and TV producer husband Dan Baldwin have three children together - Harry, 11, ten-year-old Belle, and Chester, 6.

Fans were touched by the sweet post, with one commenting: "The most perfect little family. Hope you all had an amazing bank holiday... see you tomorrow."

"Awww Holly that's adorable, I can't wait to you tomorrow," another added.

Holly took a second week off the ITV breakfast show after the Easter holidays to work on a new project, which she later revealed is her book called Reflections. The book aims to help readers uncover what it means to feel beautiful and confident - both on the inside and the outside. She took off the Bank Holiday Monday and was replaced by Rochelle Humes.

She explained: "This book is my celebration of how inner and outer beauty can work together in perfect harmony. I hope this book will start conversations, whether they’re about how to find your signature lipstick, reclaim your sexuality, or treat yourself more kindly – and, ultimately, what it means to feel beautiful, confident, complete."

Reflections will be released on October 28th and is available to pre-order now.

This Morning airs on weekdays on ITV.
