Isla Fisher tops list of most attractive redheads

Isla Fisher has topped a poll of the world's most attractive redheads, beating other high-profile gingers to scoop the crown.

The flame-haired Australian actor and author has received the crown for sexiest ginger, after being voted as the nation's top redhead by almost a quarter of respondents.

The poll, of 2,000 Brits, saw La La Land star Emma Stone come in second spot with 23% of the vote and British TV presenter Stacey Dooley and former Strictly star, who is currently pregnant with her first child, snag third spot with 22% of the votes.

Lindsay Lohan, Amy Adams, Julianne Moore and Jessica Chastain also managed to secure a place on the covetable list.

Meanwhile Karen Gillan, Geri Horner and Nicola Roberts are some of the British flame-haired beauties awarded a position in the hottest gingers hall of fame.

When it comes to attractive redheaded males, the title went to Prince Harry, with the royal being crowned the sexiest male in the world.

Despite stepping back from his role as a senior royal, it seems the Duke of Sussex hasn't lost his appeal.

However, he fell behind several auburn-haired females and only managed to secure fourth place on the list of 30.

Other handsome male redheads include home-grown talent Ewan McGregor (14%), Ed Sheeran (13%) and Tom Hiddleston (10%).

When it comes to the fanciability of redheads in general, one in five (20%) of those polled said they find ginger people very attractive, with two-thirds (63%) admitting that it depends on the person.

Meanwhile, just under a fifth (18%) confess that they never find red-haired people attractive, while more than three-quarters (84%) admitted that they would never dye their hair ginger.

Commenting on the survey results, Harriet Scott from creative agency GingerComms, who commissioned the study said she felt proud so many flame-haired Brits were represented in the list.

“We were delighted that so many Brits made the top 30 list, including Stacey Dooley at number three,” she said.
