Jenna Dewan's fans are losing it over these photos of her, her abs and her adorable kids

Motherhood may be a stressful, intense, exhausting, full-time job, but Jenna Dewan sure does make it look easy. The 41-year-old actress posted a good, old-fashioned photo dump with some snaps of time spent with her daughter, Everly, 9, and son, Callum, 2.

'Because I’m still here for the carousels and photos 👋🏼,' she captioned the photos.

In addition to being a nominee for Mom of the Year, Jenna is as strong as ever, and she gave her followers a few quick peeks at her sculpted abs in the photos.

In the first pic, Jenna holds Callum up for a quick mirror selfie (might as well teach them young, right?). The Step Up actress is rocking straight-legged, light wash jeans with a white cropped top and a black baseball hat.

Also in the photo is a snap of Jenna in her workout gear — a pair of grape-coloured sweats with a neon green bra to match.

Her fans loved the little update, with one writing '❤️🌄🙌🔥👏Wonderful, gorgeous👑🌟🍀🌍✨🤗🌅' And you have to respect the emoji game!

Jenna gave birth to her son right before the COVID-19 pandemic lockdown began, and as she previously did when her daughter with ex-husband Channing Tatum was born, she planned to take some serious downtime, she told Women’s Health US. Little did she know just how much time at home she would be taking.

But Jenna seized this opportunity to rejigger her morning routine. After her son wakes her up at around 6:30 or 7 a.m., she does a 20-minute meditation. Jenna uses a Vedic meditation practice, which involves mantras and is similar to transcendental meditation. She even has a kid-free meditation nook at home.

Jenna uses breathwork to keep her mind clear. After meditation, she does a holotropic breathing routine (two breaths in, one breath out) set to music, she told WH.

'It’s very effective for stress,' Jenna says. 'You’re creating this rush of oxygen to your brain, and it calms your nervous system. It can be a little uncomfortable at first, but once you get past that, you really open yourself up.'

As for her workout schedule, Jenna is a big fan of dancing (duh) and Pilates. When she spoke to WH in 2021, Jenna was doing three or four one-hour Zoom sessions a week with her instructor Kim Carruthers.

'It gets you fit so fast, and you just feel stronger,' Jenna said. She is also known to get her groove on with online classes, at the dance studio, and occasionally with a good TikTok trend.

'Callum laughs and smiles when I dance, especially when I give him a good hair whip. It’s as if it’s the funniest thing that ever happened. And Evie’s always like, "Dance party time!"' she said. Awwww!

As far as her diet, Jenna sticks to an 80/20 approach—80 percent of the time she eats 'healthy' and 20 percent of the time she indulges.

Jenna starts each day with a green smoothie that includes spinach, romaine lettuce, celery, coriander, parsley, apple, banana, and lemon. For lunch and dinner, she keeps things simple by prepping and refrigerating meal staples, like quinoa, roasted vegetables, and black beans, which allows her family to combine the ingredients as they wish.

Her claim to cooking fame though is the “Jenna Salad” which is a mix of whatever veggies she has in the house, often carrots, bell peppers, broccoli, avocado, and sometimes even sauerkraut—topped with a veggie burger and dressed in lemon, olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Yum! Invite me over next time, Jenna!
