John Krasinski praises wife Emily Blunt
A Quiet Place star John Krasinski says he has one person in particular to thank for his success in his career as well as home life: his wife.
John married Emily Blunt in 2010, and the duo now share two children (and a film franchise). Recently, he spoke about how Emily drives him forward and supports him.
Speaking about his wife, the actor said (via Parade): "I wouldn't be anywhere in my life without her.
"On a daily basis, but certainly in a career-wise, as a dad, she pushes me to be better every single day at everything I do. So I look forward to the next day cause I know it'll be better than the one before."
That's a real power couple.
John and Emily are known for starring together in A Quiet Place, which John also directed. In the horror, they play a married couple supporting one another and their children in a post-apocalyptic world dominated by human-killing monsters.
And, while John's real-life daily battles aren't quite so life or death, it seems the symbiotic relationship shown on screen is reflective of the one behind the scenes.
The actor also took the opportunity to address what fans can expect from season three of Jack Ryan, which is out now. Regarding what fans should prepare for, he said: "I really hope they are excited. We definitely had them in mind.
"The fact that Jack is literally running away from the CIA in the show. We wanted to make it something that was big and really exciting for the fans to come back to so it was something worth waiting for."
