Kaley Cuoco has ditched her signature blonde locks and it's the darkest we've ever seen her hair
While many were admiring Kaley Cuoco's pregnancy glow and blooming bump on the Golden Globes carpet, we on the other hand, had our eyes on something else: her new hair transformation.
As if Cuoco didn't have enough news to share in the past year – having announced she was pregnant with her first child at the end of last year – the actress has only gone and got a new hair colour too. The signature blonde has gone brunette and we think it's the darkest we've ever seen her hair.
We've seen a fair few celebs ditch their lighter shade to go brunette – looking at you Khloé Kardashian and Hailey Bieber – but the Flight Attendant star has been a blonde for as long as we can remember. I'm even going all the way back to 8 Simple Rules days, so this really is the definition of a transformation.
Although Kaley's been subtly toning down her platinum shade in recent months and experimenting with a "bronde" hue, this new colour change officially makes her a brunette. She looks so good, we almost can't believe she's never experimented with a darker shade before. B-E-A-utiful.
Hair stylist, Christie Symonds, was the genius behind the makeover. Although she did reveal the products she used for the updo (they were from Clairol Professional btw), they annoyingly aren't available in the UK *cry*.
Symonds did mention using a shimmer spray and the Cosmo team highly recommend this alternative option from Kevin Murphy. Spritz away.
We probably all have experienced how high maintenance blonde hair is at one point in our lives, so it might be a tactical change from Kaley to help skim some time off her beauty regime before her baby is born. We wouldn't blame her, tbh.
We're sure her soon-to-be daughter will certainly appreciate her mum's new colour job. I mean, who wouldn't?
