Few stars have left as big a style and beauty legacy of Pamela Anderson - though her imprint on the world of fashion is majorly under-acknowledged. Yes, as an animal rights activist, sex positive icon, model and actor, she has worn many hats (more on her headwear later...) but it's time to give her fashion flowers.

After all, her iconic updo is widely emulated and adored (even Jennifer Lopez has copied her bombshell, dishevelled half-up hair do) and there have been plenty Halloween costumes that have paid homage to her classic Baywatch red swimsuit look.

But, with her life recently coming back into focus with the Pam and Tommy drama based on her previous relationship with rockstar Tommy Lee Jones, it seems like the fashion world is taking well-deserved interest in Pamela and her fashion cred. Case-in-point, she has recently collaborated with French brand Jacquemus, created by Dua Lipa's bestie Simon Porte Jacquemus

Specifically, she has appeared in a seriously fire social media video for the brand which sees Pamela dragging a Christmas tree through the streets of Paris wearing a champagne-coloured full-length dress with feather fringing, matching opera gloves and an absolutely gigantic, wide-brimmed feathered hat. In the video, she even has a run-in with a French-speaking Santa, pulling his beard and declaring "Christmas is over, Santa."

It's truly iconic - even more so when you clock that the hat in question is actually a throwback to a look that Pamela wore all the way back in 1999. Yep, it seems like this is a reference to the gigantic, pink, fluffy hat that she wore to the VMAs 23 years ago which has proved a sartorial inspiration to many - including Megan Fox, who wore a similar look earlier this month.

Props to Pamela for taking her place as a festive fashion queen!
