Princess Eugenie appears to be isolating with her parents, Prince Andrew and Sarah Ferguson, as the coronavirus pandemic continues to escalate in the UK.

She was photographed helping her mother, Sarah Duchess of York receive a delivery of sweet treats for NHS workers at Royal Lodge, Prince Andrew's home.

Princess Eugenie normally lives in Ivy Cottage in Kensington Palace with her husband Jack Brooksbank, but the photograph of the princess smiling with her mother confirms she is at Prince Andrew's residence. It is not known if she is there with her husband, Jack Brooksbank.

Hermann Buehlbecker, an entrepreneur and the chief executive of the Lambertz group, posted the picture of Sarah and Eugenie receiving the pastries.

“A few days ago Fergie, Duchess of York, and her daughter received a large delivery of Lambertz pastries (over 100 kg) at the Royal Lodge. This is intended for the doctors and staff of London hospitals, who are currently working up to their limits. The Duchess called us about this; she sent us the pictures when the shipment arrived.”

Sarah, Duchess of York also reposted the photos on her Instagram account.

The coronavirus has claimed the lives of 1,789 people in the UK, with 25,150 positive cases.

The national lockdown in place means Eugenie could be at Royal Lodge for several weeks.
