Comedic couple Isla Fisher and Borat actor Sacha Baron Cohen have just celebrated their 20th anniversary.

Actress Isla wrote on Instagram, "Happy Anniversary. 20 YEARS. If there ever comes a day when we can’t be together keep me in your heart. I'll stay there forever, Winnie the Pooh."

She added a selection of photos which showed the made-for-each-other couple having fun, including one of Sacha which showed him wearing a T shirt covered in pictures of his wife's face.

Famous pals commented underneath the update, with Helena Christensen writing "Love you guys," and Isla's close friend Reese Witherspoon, adding, "What a couple of goofballs! Love yall."

The couple has three children, and have been together since meeting at a party in Sydney in 2001. Sacha told the New York Times that they had enjoyed "taking the mick out of the other people in the party"

"I knew instantly," he said, "I don’t know if she did. It's taken her about 20 years to know."

Isla is equally delighted with her choice.

"Life is filled with highs and lows, and you have a best friend to share it with you," she said. "It's amazing. It's like winning the lottery, having a good partner."

"When I married Rita, I thought, 'This is going to require some change on my part.' I won't deny that providence was part of us finding each other, but our relationship isn't magic — the way it's shown in movies. In real life, our connection is as concrete as me sitting here.

"Not that marriage doesn't come close to being hell in a handbasket sometimes. But we both know that no matter what, we'll be with each other — and we'll get through it."

After meeting on the set of movie Volunteers in the mid-80s, Kevin and Kyra fell in love, married in 1988, and it's been a love story ever since.

"I joke that the secret to a successful marriage is to not take marriage advice from celebrities," Kyra said, and added, "I guess if I had to think too much about [our marriage], that would probably not be a good thing. We just got lucky. I honestly believe that's the truth."

She also told Redbook Magazine, "The essence of it hasn't really changed. When he walks into a room, I'm still... I mean, my heart gets a little fluttery and I think, Oh! He's so cute. He's so hot. That's literally the first thing I think."

He has said, "I found her, you know, really very beautiful and sexy and aloof...And I was just immediately in love with her and she was just immediately put off by me."
