People gathered on Highway 61 – the “Blues Highway” – in Cleveland, Mississippi, to pay tribute as the funeral procession of blues singer and guitarist BB King passed through the town on May 27. A memorial procession was held in Memphis, Tennessee, earlier on Wednesday. BB King’s funeral will be held in Indianola, Mississippi, on May 30. He will be buried at the BB King Museum in Indianola.
