Despite less than positive reviews, the big screen version of the "mighty morphin" heroes has also been praised for being culturally and ethnically diverse. Yellow Ranger Trini, played by actress Becky G, is revealed to be experiencing ‘girlfriend problems’ during one scene in the forthcoming movie.
