  • Kanye West is facing another copyright lawsuit. The rapper, also known as Ye, has been hit with a lawsuit accusing him of using an instrumental track in two of his songs after being denied permission. The lawsuit, filed in Los Angeles on Wednesday, claims Kanye illegally used elements of a song called MSD PT2 in his tracks Moon and Hurricane, which appeared on his 2021 album Donda. The lawsuit was filed by the company that owns the rights to the original song and accuses Kanye of "stealing" it.
