Torrential rain and wild weather in Auckland has caused major disruption throughout the city - and even led to an Elton John concert being cancelled just minutes before he was due on stage. About 40,000 people were expected to attend the evening concert at Mt Smart Stadium in New Zealand's largest city. Billed as being part of Elton John's final farewell tour, promoter Frontier Touring tweeted the concert had been cancelled due to unsafe weather conditions.
