The Eagles, still mourning the death of co-founder Glenn Frey, have been dealt another tragedy, with the death of Randy Meisner's wife at the home she shared with the band's former bass guitarist. Police are investigating the death of Lana Meisner on Sunday evening from a gunshot wound. According to the website, police sources have shared that evidence appears to show the gun was discharged inside its case, and the bullet's trajectory "enough to conclude Randy was not involved".

Eagles Guitarist Glenn Frey Has Died
Glenn Frey, guitarist and founding member of The Eagles, has died at the age of 67, according to a statement posted on the band's website. The band included the lyrics for "It's Your World Now" from their 2007 album Long Road Out of Eden. The song was co-written by Frey and frequent Eagles' collaborator Jack Tempchin. Frey founded the Eagles in 1971 along with Don Henley, Bernie Leadon and Randy Meisner.
