A London opera singer is following in the footsteps of Luciano Pavarotti and Andrea Bocelli by winning a prestigious Italian arts award. Mezzo-soprano Carly Paoli, 28, will tomorrow receive the Premio Barocco, which recognises achievements in art and culture.
