A tanker caught fire and burned an overpass on Interstate 95 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, on June 11, causing major damage to the highway.The fire was extinguished; however, the heat from the fire caused part of the northbound I-95 overpass at Cottman Avenue and State Road to collapse, the Philadelphia Inquirer reported.All of the lanes of the highway were closed as emergency services responded to the fire and collapse, local officials said.This footage was filmed by Tom Fletcher from snarled traffic on I-95, otherwise known as the Delaware Expressway.
