Batman's Key Suicide Squad Scene Revealed

The nature of Batman’s role in next year’s ‘Suicide Squad’ has potentially been revealed by a new rumour. This follows set photos last week showing Ben Affleck’s Batman in pursuit of Jared Leto’s Joker and his purple super car.

While that chase sequence doesn’t form part of this report, it may well stem from it. Safe to say that SPOILERS follow bellow the picture.

Heroic Hollywood reports that Ben Affleck’s appearance will see his character come face-to-face with Viola Davis’ Amanda Waller to deliver a warning.

“Batman breaks into her massive security prison,” reads the report. “In fact he’s already inside Amanda Waller’s office waiting for her in the shadows when she appears.

"Batman is totally against the concept behind the 'Suicide Squad’, in fact he warns Waller that he will hold her personally responsible for any innocents The Joker & the rest of the Suicide Squad kill. A warning so stern that he has to visit Waller personally to deliver the message.”

HH also say that there is another scene with Affleck as Bruce Wayne which they are looking into.

What’s interesting is that this report goes against the commonly held notion that The Joker won’t form part of the Squad, as his character will be deemed too dangerous. If anything with this report can be argued with, it’s that particular part.

This also calls into question the chase sequence filmed last week. Does that happen after this warning, or is it a flashback as has been previously reported?

All will be revealed when 'Suicide Squad’ is released in cinemas on 5 August 2016.
