First Star Wars: The Force Awakens Poster Spotted
The first poster for ‘Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens’ has been spotted at a subway station in Japan.
We should probably warn you now that it’s a bit underwhelming and exactly what you’d expect it to be this far from the film’s December release.

'Star Wars' fan Paul Bateman, a concept designer, art director and co-host of Rebel Force Radio's 'Star Wars Infleunces' show, posted the image above to his Twitter account.
Yep, it’s the ‘Star Wars’ logo on a starry background, with the release date, subtitle and a link to the film’s Japanese Facebook page.
Other posters will no doubt follow over the next eleven months as the film nears its release date, hopefully with a bit more thought and artistic prowess going into it.
Say for example a hand-drawn poster designed by series favourite Drew Struzan?
Numerous reports have suggested that Struzan will come out of retirement to design a poster for the new film, a move which would add to the old school feel director JJ Abrams is striving for as the series continues post-Lucas.
'Star Wars: Episode VII - The Force Awakens' will be released on 18 December.
