Avengers: Age Of Ultron: Solo Iron Man Poster Released

A solo Iron Man poster has been released for ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ and it builds upon the ensemble quad that was unveiled yesterday.

Robert Downey Jr., who portrays Iron Man in Marvel’s Cinematic Universe, took to his Twitter page to upload the image, which you can peruse below:

Blimey! There certainly is an awful lot of debris surrounding Iron Man, while his suit seems to have been severely banged up too. However he doesn’t actually look that sweaty or dishevelled, which suggests that he might be about to truly swing into action.

And that’s probably a good thing because Ultron’s minions are just about to arrive at Iron Man’s feet, and they don’t look as though they’re there to shake his hand.

Another lovely touch is the Avengers icon that appears to have been spray-painted onto the poster. It certainly gives the air that ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ will be grittier than its predecessor.

Meanwhile, at the same time as releasing the poster, Robert Downey Jr. also teased that another big announcement will be made in 8 days.

What could it be possibly be? What about ‘Iron Man 4’? Or a new ‘Age Of Ultron’ trailer? Maybe even the announcement of ‘The Judge 2’!? We’ll just have to wait until March 5th to find out.

Either way we can certainly expect a bevy of new ‘Avengers: Age Of Ultron’ character posters to be unleashed over the next few days and weeks leading up to the film’s UK release on April 23, 2015.
